We visited Kia of Elk River last week to begin our search for a pre-owned Sportage EX or a comparable vehicle. We met Jake McSpadden as we started looking at vehicles and explained what we were looking for. He was able to show us several vehicles that fit our search criteria and explained the various options and differences in each one. We never felt like he was trying to pressure us into a sale or to sell us something we were not looking for. He had a very thorough knowledge of the ones we took for a test driver. After we narrowed down our search to a specific vehicle he talked to Gregg Henery, the finance manager, who wrote up a sales contract in a very timely manner. We wanted to think about the vehicle over night before finalizing the deal. Jake had the next day off, but did call us back mid day to see if we had decided anything. When we mentioned that we would have preferred a different color, he checked the inventory and found another vehicle for us. He came to work and met us at the dealership for another test drive. After explaining the differences in the two vehicles we decided to go with our first choice. He scheduled the vehicle for cleaning and we agreed to meet the next day at noon to pick it up. When we arrived, Gregg had all the necessary sales paper work and warranty extension forms ready to sign. Jake then provided a detailed explanation of all the vehicle options and also set up the blue tooth connection for our phones. All in all a very good experience for our first visit. Cornerstone Kia, Jake and Gregg will be highly recommended to anyone who asks for a auto dealership recommendation.
